About Us

Harborage Park is nestled on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Charlevoix in historic Boyne City, Michigan and offers a cozy “village within a small town” atmosphere. The Harborage Park Association is a condominium site development comprised of 54 single family home sites.

Harborage Park homes reflect the Victorian era with covered porches, colorful cedar framed exteriors and cathedral ceilings. Home sites have lake views and forest settings and all residents can enjoy picnics at the gazebo in the community park. Home owners can also use the Associations’ spectacular beach for swimming, sunning, boating, sailing and fishing on the sparkling waters of Lake Charlevoix.

Harborage Park offers unparalleled access to some of the best year-round recreation anywhere. Not only do residents enjoy tennis courts, putting green and private beach, but within literally ten miles they find world-class golf, trout streams, wilderness areas, state parks for camping and nature hiking and the majesty of Lake Michigan. In the winter, residents enjoy the bountiful snowfall for snowmobiling, cross country skiing and the best downhill skiing in Michigan at Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands or Nubs Nob.

Boyne City, Michigan is a community of approximately 3,500 residents. It is situated along the Eastern shore of beautiful Lake Charlevoix with direct access to Lake Michigan. Within its 4.5 square miles and 11 miles of lake frontage, there are 6 public parks, a municipal beach, and a boardwalk on the Boyne River. The downtown area offers numerous restaurants, grocery and convenience stores and gift shops. All these contribute to Boyne City's reputation as one of Michigan's most desirable places to live and work!
