Dear Neighbors: 

Welcome to winter.  We have had less snow than usual and warmer weather.  All the ski resorts are open with all runs and lifts running.  We finally recieved a good amount of snow the second week to January so come up and enjoy the season. 

Home sales throughout the region, including Harborage Park, have improved.  We currently only have three homes officially on the market, plus two lots.
