Summer arrived on June 21 along with summer weather...finally.  All our snowbirds are back and our landscaper is getting the Association looking nice for the July 4 weekend.  Our new picnic tables were delivered last month and are an improvement over the old wood tables.

As usual we will be having a pot luch picnic in our Park on the fourth of July.

The water level on Lake Charlevoix is up almost a foot this year, much to the boaters relief.  Gas prices are down from last year and it is looking like a great boating summer.
