Dear Neighbors: 

Spring weather has arrived early.  All the snow piles are gone and deer are grazing in the Park.  Our dock was put in four days after the ice melted on the lake.  Come check out the new patio and dock approach at the beach.  We will also be installing a new, more stable, ladder on the dock.

We had our strongest snow storm of the season (12 inches of wet snow) on March 9-10. Overall this winter we have had less snow than usual and warmer weather. 

The Board will be meeting shortly to discuss and decide on our Spring and Summer projects.

Home sales throughout the region, including Harborage Park, have improved.  One house sold for near 2006 prices.  We currently only have three homes officially on the market, plus two lots.
